Passionate about Fitness

My story into fitness started when I decided to transform my life going from 95 kg (14.96 stone) at the age of 16 down to 68 kg (10.70 stone), my current average weight in my adult life.

When I first started my weight loss journey I was on my own. I didn’t know what to do but to follow fad diets and do tons of cardio. I didn’t have a personalised training plan either so it took me more time to see results.

So it wasn’t until I understood how to exercise and eat that things took a different turn.

Today, as a fitness professional I can tell you that the key to your success is within you, you just got to unlock it with some help and guidance.

My motto is to “live a healthier, happier life” and I’d love you to join my tribe.

My first dive into the fitness industry was as a group exercise instructor about 15 years ago. Studio classes, kettlebells, HIIT and LES MILLS SPRINT™ are part of my skill set nowadays.

As a Personal Trainer I create exercise plans designed to challenge and inspire you to move in an enjoyable way.

As a Nutrition Coach I am passionate about cutting-edge research, keeping up-to-date with solutions for my clients. I believe you can enjoy eating, get the results you want and never follow fad diets again.

My goal is to change your view on fitness and nutrition so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle.
