Hi, I am Alonso. My story into fitness started when I decided to transform my life going from 95 kg (14.96 stone) at the age of 16 down to 68 kg (10.70 stone), my current average weight in my adult life.
When I first started my weight loss journey I was on my own.
I didn’t know what to do so I followed fad diets and did tons of cardio. I didn’t have a personalised training plan either so it took me more time to see results.
It wasn’t until I understood how to exercise and eat that things took a different turn.

5 reasons why you can't lose weight and have the body you want
Most people never achieve their goals. There could be endless reasons for this.
They think they have a goal, they try to figure out what they have to do to achieve it, they try it, they don't get the expected results and then they give up. Sound familiar?

You can start my 10-week training programme as soon as you purchase it and the 10 weeks will start from that specific day.
No. Once you purchase the programme you’ll receive a link so you can download my training app and start training straight away, at your own time, your own pace and wherever you want.
Not necessarily. My programme, however, requires the use of dumbbells for maximum benefits. If you have them at home that’s great! If you prefer to train in a gym environment that’s also valid.
To complete the programme first, you’ll need to commit to it. You’ll also need a good internet connection for the training app wherever you are and a set of dumbbells.
At the start of the programme you’ll be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If there’s any injury or medical condition that might worsen due to exercise then you’ll not be eligible for this training programme.
